We strive to make our tours as accessible as possible. Certain tours are better suited for individuals with mobility issues due to the terrain and transportation. The Scottish Highlands weather can be unpredictable, so dressing in layers is highly recommended. We advise wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing a waterproof jacket, and carrying a hat and gloves, even in the summer months. Don't forget your camera to capture the stunning scenery! A small backpack for water and snacks is also a good idea.
We recommend booking your tour as far in advance as possible, especially during peak season (May to September), to ensure availability. Some of our smaller, more specialized tours can fill up quickly. However, we do sometimes have last-minute availability, so it's always worth checking with us.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour. Full details can be found on each tour description page, as well as in our Terms and Conditions . Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7-14 days may be subject to a partial refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
